In February of 2018, UNIST signed a MOU with UNIST, UCSD (University of California San Diego), City of San Diego, and the Ulsan Metropolitan City to jointly promote R&D and commercialization of technologies related to STIP (Smart Transportation Innovation Program) project.

In November of 2018, we held a Smart Transportation Innovation Global Workshop to share information on technology trends and key issues related to autonomous vehicles, connected cars, and intelligent transportation systems.
