Katie collaborates with cities, elected officials and community organizations across the western U.S. in support of shared mobility at Lime. Her passion for affordable transportation, smart growth and sustainability is the result of a career largely focused on economic inclusion and environmental equity.  

Previous to Lime, Katie led state and local government relations for eBay Inc. in the west. Katie has worked at all levels of government having led policy development - largely around transportation, renewable energy and innovation - on Capitol Hill for Congressmen Cal Dooley and Brian Baird, the Governor's California Partnership for the San Joaquin Valley, and for her hometown Fresno Mayor Ashley Swearengin.  Katie received her bachelors from the University of Southern California.
